Is accountable for the customer and/or assigned market area: is the guarantor of results towards the customer and, at the same time, is responsible for achieving the targets set by Engineering. Represents the balance point between commercial tension towards Engineering's financial objectives and the quality expected from the delivery of technical and functional teams. Is responsible for exploring new business opportunities on managed customers or new-logos identified in the market, weighing up costs-benefits and implementing the company's strategy of market expansion and collaboration with partners. Consistent with Engineering's strategy and overall targets, defines account planning, identifies growth areas, develops solid and lasting relationships, and extends the company network. Represents Engineering at the customer, realising the company's strategic narrative and leading the account team.
