Civil Aerospace Business Management Degree Apprenticeship
Starting Salary: £20,735 per year
Location: Derby
Duration: 4 years
We serve around two hundred airline customers in our Civil Aerospace business, keeping thousands of Rolls-Royce powered aircraft taking off and landing on time, at hundreds of airports, in almost every country of the world.
As a Civil Aerospace Business Management Degree Apprentice, you’ll develop the skills and knowledge to help make that happen – managing essential projects, plans, components, contracts, and supplier relationships.
At Rolls-Royce, we’ve been a force for progress for over 100 years. And it’s what’s fuelling our next chapter as we power, protect, and connect people everywhere. That’s our vision for you, too. Join us and we’ll provide an environment where you can be yourself. An inclusive culture that invests in you and gives you access to opportunities where you can grow your career and make a difference.
The programme
You’ll spend four years with cross-functional, global teams, all working together to keep our engines flying around the world. As well as developing practical knowledge, you’ll also study for a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management with the University of Derby. Together, these experiences will set you up with the business breadth and technical skills for you to be successful.
What you’ll do
With this programme, you’ll experience real variety. You could be working with our global overhaul bases supporting the servicing of our engines. You may be working with our team that partner our customers to provide world-class experiences. Another placement could see you working with our teams looking at fleet planning, determining financial outcomes, developing digital capabilities or managing the overall lifecycle of our fantastic engines.
What you’ll need
If you have equivalent qualifications, please contact us.
Every bit as important as your academic achievements, however, are the personal qualities you bring to the role. We’re looking for people who are passionate about delivering what they promised to. People with an enthusiasm to learn, problem solvers with a common-sense approach and work well in a team.
Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.
