Senior Recruiter to perform full life cycle recruitment of various disciplines and levels for Capture (bid and pursuit). What are the main functions of this role? Full life cycle recruitment and management of the talent acquisition process including, but not limited to, sourcing, phone screens, candidate assessments, candidate tracking and status updates, interview feedback sessions, compensation analysis, offer extension and onboarding

β€’ How will the contractor’s success be measured? Partnerships with Capture Managers, Hiring Managers, HRGs, FEOTB Team Members and submittals on positions that are assigned within the Front End of the Business

β€’ Culture (Will this contractor be working in a collaborative team environment or as an independent contributor?): Contractor will be working in a team environment working as an individual



Required Skill Sets: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 6 years full life cycle recruiting experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment -Corporate recruiting experience within a federal contracting environment, preferably the defense industry -Proven ability to attract and hire candidates with security clearances -Proven ability to source and network using current techniques and tools -Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment plans -Demonstrated customer and candidate management abilities, and relationship building skills -Experience supporting remote customers -Effective verbal and written communicator at all levels in the organization -Demonstrated proficiency with web-based applicant tracking systems, internet search engines, and Microsoft Office programs particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. -Understand EEOC and OFCCP employment guidelines Desired Skill Sets: -Experience recruiting US Military -Experience recruiting CONUS and OCONUS candidates -Experience supporting proposal efforts
