No defense/aerospace experience is needed. We are hiring for 12 positions across the nation w/up to 3 days remote:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the management of cost-plus and firm fixed-price contracts
  • Advises management and technical teams of contractual rights, obligations, Intellectual Property, OCI, and general risks and risk mitigations
  • Reviews and/or prepares responses regarding proposals, and negotiates and processes contract modifications, extensions, and closeout documents
  • Interfaces with program management, capture, sales, pricing, proposal, property, quality control and technical staff as needed
  • Maintains contractual historical data; enters contract data into databases
  • Tracks and analyzes contract compliance both internally and externally
  • Interfaces directly with Government contracting officials, Prime Contractor procurement representatives and other customer representatives
  • Supports contract negotiations

Education and Experience Guidelines:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2-8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a Contract Administration/Business Management/ Finance role within the Aerospace Industry or a Department of Defense contractor/other industries with client-facing/not supplier facing contracts.
  • Excellent organizational written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers to include management, technical and functional counterparts
  • Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills
  • Effectively meet responsibilities in a highly interactive team environment and able to work well under pressure, multi-task, and deliver on multiple priorities while producing work of the highest caliber
  • Any: MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, & Outlook) as well as Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with US Government regulations (FAR/DFAR)
  • Can be trusted to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and Government acquisition laws and regulations
  • US Citizenship required
  • Current Security clearance or ability to obtainΒ
