Performs NDT inspections using the Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant and Ultrasonic testing methods on items including, but not limited to, airframe structures, engines, aircraft systems, amusement park rides, pressure vessels, piping, and other general industrial systems using approved or accepted data issued by the manufacturer, FAA, or company standard practices
Operates all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignment
Completes all required maintenance records/inspection reports as stated in Constant AviationοΏ½s Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals
Accurately records time worked on aircraft or other projects utilizing Company software and/or other paperwork
Interprets technical manuals, drawings and blueprints
Demonstrates excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a positive customer service attitude without compromising quality
Presents a clean and neat work area to customers οΏ½ facility cleanliness and general housekeeping
Performs parts cleaning and shipping preparation work as required
Safely operate company vehicles
Travel nationally on short notice/no notice οΏ½ Company paid expenses
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be certified to Level 2 in Eddy Current testing, as a minimum
Level 2 NDT technician with 2 years experience in aviation inspections
Full documentation of prior NDT certification, training, and experience is required
Current and valid DriverοΏ½s License
Ability to travel by air or land, as required, with no restrictions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
