Description

Perform on-site maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Assist in retaining and maintaining all on-site records in both hard copy and electronic form. Continuously update and utilize an electronic, online maintenance tracking mechanism to allow for efficient maintenance planning, time limit item tracking. Adhere to company policies including all safety compliances. Manages material readiness, inventory, and accountability of all maintenance related materials, specifically aviation parts, and tooling. Read and understand Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, and Structural Repair Manuals. Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little or no assistance. Must have good command of the English language; oral and written. Must have a valid unexpired US state Driver License. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.



Requirements
  • Responsible for the assembly, testing, and travelers related to heat exchangers, components, parts, and tools.
  • Secondary responsibilities consist of disassembly, cleaning, analytical inspection, reworking schemes, detailing and other duties as assigned.
  • Read and interprets maintenance manuals, or other technical data to determine the feasibility and method to perform the assigned task.
  • Replaces or Repairs damaged or work component parts using general hand tools, special tools, pneumatic and precision measuring equipment. Assembles components with same tools and equipment.
  • Maintains work areas and tools in a clean and organized manner, practices proper tool and FOD control. (5S)
  • Accurately and efficiently completes work orders, BOMS, data inputs within ERP systems.
  • Reads and understands Commercial, FAA, EASA, Repair Station and ISO documentations and other related manuals.
  • Operates and maintains/services specialized equipment.

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Displays good judgement – quality & safety. Ability to learn and apply new skills. Responsible for both the success of the individual and the team.
  • Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Working knowledge and ability to do industrial math calculations and work to tight tolerances.
  • Maintain established standards of quality, productivity & attendance. Follow all safety rules and regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
