Job Location: Dallas, Fort Worth Metropolitan area*  

Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift.  

Work Environment: Remote

Job Summary: 

As the Aerospace Sales Specialist, you are responsible for managing customer projects, identifying new sales and product opportunities, customer relations, and responding to requests for information. You’ll work closely with design engineers on the future of aerospace and space vehicles, including helicopters, rockets, airplanes, etc. providing customized solutions.

 

In this role, you will partner with internal teams, including Engineering and Production while managing projects for your customers. You’ll work closely with Carr Lane Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to identify new opportunities in aerospace and space industries, in addition to Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.

 

 

What Will Your Job Look Like? 


  • Represent Carr Lane at industry trade shows, conferences, etc.

  • Immerse yourself in the future of aerospace and space, researching trends, and identifying new business opportunities

  • Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations

  • Track results and prepare metrics

  • Domestic and international travel, 50%,-75% as needed


 



All You Need Is... 


  • 5+ years of Outside Sales Experience

  • 5+ years of Industrial Sales Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to read and understand a blueprint


 

 

Even Better If You Have… 


  • Experience in the aerospace and/or space industries

  • Experience working in an ERP system


 

Physical Requirements: 


  • Reaching, Standing, Walking, Lifting, Grasping, Feeling, Talking, Hearing, Repetitive Motions 

  • Close visual acuity 

  • Subject to noise, hazards, and oils. 

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
